No intimidation -—just great beer.

We know walking into a brewery for the first time can be intimidating.  You hear your “beer-snob” friends talk about IBUs, mouth-feel, finish and other crazy words to describe beers.  You don’t know an IBU from an IPA but you still want try the beer, which is AWESOME and we can’t wait.  We love serving new craft beer drinkers and helping them navigate the styles.

We welcome everyone from new craft beer drinkers to seasoned connoisseurs.  With a wide variety of beer styles to choose from we’re certain you’ll find something you like.

Not sure what a Porter, Lager or IPA is?  No problem, we’re here to help. Let us know what you like to drink (even if it’s not beer) and we’ll pick something for you.  We can also explain those differences in words that make sense.  More importantly, we can help you pick out the different tastes in each beer.  YES, beers have different taste elements to them.  Some can be quite complex, it’s not just a ‘beer’ taste, we promise.  Some are sweet and fruity, or have a grapefruit flavor, sometimes it’s apricot or even chocolate or coffee.  There’s a lot to craft beer and I can’t wait to be there when you discover one you love.

Options for days

You can order a flight ( 4 – 4oz samples ) and pick and choose the beers you’d like to try. It’s the best way to introduce yourself to a new style or beer without the commitment of a full glass.

Still can’t make up your mind?  No problem.  We got you.

Let us pick for you!  Based on your beer experience level, we can put together a flight that will slowly introduce you to craft beer or even build a flight a bit more “experienced” and potentially experimental that’ll flat out slap-your-grandma 🙂  … Love you grandma

The Geek Stats

We get asked about our equipment a lot (LOL), so here’s the rundown.

Located in the Brewhouse (visible when you come in)

Note: 1 BBL = Barrel = 30 gallons = 2 kegs. It references the size of the batch that the tank can hold.  My system can produce 14 kegs of beer in a batch.  That should be enough, right?

Main System: (purchased from Fort Brewery, Fort Worth TX in 2021)

  • 7 BBL Copper jacketed The Pub Steam brewing system (includes the BK and the MT)
  • Sussman ES72 Boiler purchased new in 2021
  • 2 – 7 BBL The Pub Stainless jacketed fermenters
